Problem

Walmart's talent was feeling unrecognized, and unhappy with the work environment.

Approach & Methodology

To tackle this problem, we conducted research focusing on the main aspects that the talent was unhappy about which led to findings focused on lack of leadership,  poor communication and overall being treated as just one more number. As a result, we concluded it was best to conduct an internal campaign to address those problems.

Strategy: Show that Walmart sees every person that works for them for who they are, and celebrates their individuality. 


The campaign: 
 “The Heart Behind the Vest”

 

Celebrates the human side of every associate—their stories,

inspirations, and the qualities that make their contributions extraordinary. This campaign

highlights how your heart makes the vest valuable, transforming everyday responsibilities

into moments of impact that shape the lives of customers, coworkers, and communities.
